POWDER COATING
TruCut offers a full service powder coating department (isolated from the general manufacturing area) that can apply powder coat to large and small parts. The process is designed to produce the highest quality finish to the greatest variety of part sizes and shapes. Powder coating produces a high specification coating which is very durable and abrasion resistant. The choice of colors, textures, and finishes are almost limitless.

Pretreatment is accomplished by abrasive blasting or by iron phosphate wash. The powder spray booth is equipped with electrostatic application units.

• Oven – 10 ft. high, x 12 ft. wide x 25 ft. long

WET PAINTING
To meet all customer requirements, we also have a manual wet paint system in addition to our powder coating line capable of handling small and large parts.
