Certification under the BSI Registration Program was awarded in recognition of Sterling Blower’s compliance with quality process standards and effective business management systems for all its operations – from engineering, product design and manufacturing, to delivery and customer service.

ISO 9001:2008 is a significant achievement and reflects an organization’s solid foundation for continuous improvement through data use and analysis. This international standard places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, continual improvement, and organizational performance measurement. “Sterling Blower’s ISO 9001:2008 Registration demonstrates how we conduct business, and that we’ll provide a predictable result and consistency over time,” said Greg Snowman, President of the company. “Customers want assurance they are doing business with an organization that is structured to meet or exceed their requirements. Certification proves to our customers that they are dealing with a company that is willing to be held accountable for upholding ISO’s internationally recognized standards.”

The ISO quality system was adopted by the International Organization of Standardization in Geneva, Switzerland in 1987. It is recognized in more than 150 countries.
